• Estimated shipping times do not include processing times. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM UTC Monday–Friday will be processed the same day (subject to security checks).
• Orders placed after 2 PM UTC on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
• Allow extra time during releases, holidays, or sale periods due to high volume.

Order Amendments

Once orders are placed, item changes, sizes, or address changes cannot be made due to security reasons.

Delivery

• Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance delays beyond our control.
• Customers must notify us within 7 days of dispatch if there is an issue with the delivery. Claims made after 7 days cannot be investigated.

Failed Delivery Attempts

• Customer negligence or non-response
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer absence or unavailability

Binwa London Reserves the Right To:

• No offer refunds for original shipping costs
• Charge an additional fee to resend packages
• Convert the order value to store credit at our discretion
• Only re-issue or resend items once the original package is confirmed returned to our warehouse

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and be available to receive their package.

Lost Packages After Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier and proof is provided (photo or GPS), Binwa London is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Ownership transfers to the customer at this point. Please check around your property and with neighbours. If stolen, report it to your local police department.
