Return Policy
All returns must be received by us within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided. The portal will guide you through the return process, including generating a return shipping label and providing instructions on how to proceed.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in their original condition.
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags, swing tags, return tags, and hygiene stickers intact.
- Be free of makeup, residue, washing fabric scents, perfumes, and damages.
- Be returned with original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. If an item is returned in an unsaleable condition, we may deduct the necessary value for cleaning, repair, and restock from your refund or store credit.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to show up on your statement. The time it takes for the credit to appear may differ depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping labels are not currently provided. You will be responsible for covering the costs of returning the item(s).
Sale & Promotional Events
All purchases made during specific promotional events—including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Valentine’s Sales, Flash Sales, and Seasonal Clearance events—are considered FINAL SALE.
By completing a purchase during these events, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
No Cash Refunds: We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for any sale items.
No Exchanges: Due to high inventory turnover and limited stock during sales, we cannot facilitate size or color exchanges.
Store Credit Only: In the event that a return is authorized (for example, in the case of a verified manufacturing defect), the resolution will be provided exclusively in the form of Store Credit for the value of the item at the time of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details (size, color, and shipping address) are correct before checkout, as changes cannot be made once an order has been processed.
